Looking and feeling amazing starts with the basics most coaches overlook: hormones, sleep, stress, and daily habits. I factor all of it in, because that’s what makes progress sustainable.

I didn’t fall into coaching. I earned my IFBB Bikini Pro card in 2018 after years of competing, and I started coaching because I kept seeing women work incredibly hard and get nowhere, because their programs weren’t built for them.
