We start where you are, as you are, and build your foundation from there.

Looking and feeling amazing starts with the basics most coaches overlook: hormones, sleep, stress, and daily habits. I factor all of it in, because that’s what makes progress sustainable.

Every program is tailored to your life: optimized hypertrophy training, nutrition that fits how you actually eat, and the mindset work that makes it all stick. I didn’t fall into coaching. I earned my IFBB Bikini Pro card in 2018 after years of competing, and I started coaching because I kept seeing women work incredibly hard and get nowhere, because their programs weren’t built for them.

The Strength Squad is a monthly membership that gives you access to a full workout video library, a monthly group coaching call with Val, nutrition education, and a private community. New workouts are added every month.
1:1 coaching (The Personal Approach) means everything is built specifically for you: your schedule, your body, your goals. You get weekly check-ins, a fully custom program updated as you progress, and direct messaging access to Val.
Billing runs through Trainerize, and you manage it on the Trainerize website, not the mobile app. Sign in there to update your card or cancel. Strength Squad is month to month with no minimum, so you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. The Lusvardi Method (1:1 coaching) has a three month minimum; after that, give at least one week’s notice before your next payment date.
Not at all. Val coaches beginners through advanced competitors. The key is that you’re committed and coachable, not that you already know everything.
Yes! Posing sessions are available both in-person (local clients) and virtually via video call. Virtual sessions are just as effective. Val has prepped clients for national-level competitions entirely online.
