Billing runs through Trainerize, and you manage it on the Trainerize website, not the mobile app. Strength Squad is month to month with no minimum, so you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. The Lusvardi Method (1:1 coaching) has a three month minimum; if you cancel before then, the rest of the three months is charged, and after that you give at least one week’s notice before your next payment date.
Yes. My workouts use equipment. Ideal is a gym with dumbbells, an incline bench, cables, leg press, leg extension and leg curl. You can train at home with the right setup, and the app lets you substitute exercises to match your equipment.
I typically program 4-day training splits, but anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week works depending on what fits your life best.
Nutrition is the biggest piece of the puzzle. I provide macros and/or a meal plan and promote flexible dieting, so you build sustainable habits that last well beyond your time with me.
Absolutely. I work with clients of all experience levels, from brand new to the gym all the way to competitive athletes. Your program is built specifically for where you are today, and progressively takes you where you want to go.
