Val has been my 1-1 coach for two years. I have had several coaches before working with Valerie and I’ve stuck with her for many reasons. Her communication skills are top notch-she listens, makes adjustments when needed, and drives me to be the best version of ME! Her programming is the best I have ever done. Hello Glutes 🍑 Coming from a CrossFit background it was quite the adjustment to hypertrophy and Valerie was patient, talked me through all my concerns and I haven’t looked back. Best coach ever!
I’ve been working with Valerie for a total of about a year-and-a-half now and initially came to her eating 1168 calories per day. I had signed up with an online program to do a 30-day cut and after the 30 days were over, I kept doing the cut but wasn’t getting any results. My goal has always been to lose body fat and gain muscle. I have always wanted that competition bikini girl look but have never known how to achieve it on my own. Exercise has been a part of my life since I was in high school and has become more so as I’ve grown older. Even though I am a mother of four, I don’t want to use that as an excuse for me not being able to reach my physique goals. I feel like there is no reason that you cannot reach those goals, and Valerie has proven that after having 3 children of her own. I know that it CAN BE DONE! Valerie has taught me that with consistency, those goals can be achieved. After beginning with Valerie, she raised my 1168 calorie diet up to about 1600 calories right off the bat and I actually started losing weight! Not only was I losing weight but I was also gaining visible muscle. Valerie has always been available to answer my long list of questions that I always have for her and has never been annoyed with it. She’s always been very thorough answering my questions and explaining the reasoning for the training we are doing and the nutrition and macros she has prescribed to me. She always encourages me every week with positive words which helps me to stay consistent. She is always educating herself to learn more and then passes the information along to teach me as well. I’m grateful for her coaching and her friendship.
I came to Val because I was frustrated with what I was doing. Although, I was eating healthy, doing cardio and lifting, something was not right. I was bloated everyday, I was tired, gaining weight and so hungry all the time. Val listened to all my concerns and came up with a plan of action fast. She is always quick to answer and give you positive vibes. After about 12-16 weeks, my sibo, bloating, extreme hungry started to dissolve. My hormones started to calm down and my body started to lean out. I was able to acquire so much knowledge from Val about nutrition and training and learned how to really listen to what my body needs!

Working with Val has been a complete game changer for me! Val has an incredible knowledge of biomechanics. As a result, she creates optimal training programs for her clients. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my training being far more effective. Val has also taught me how have a healthy relationship with food. Before working with her, I would spend a lot of energy focusing on what foods I should or should not eat. I don’t have to severely restrict myself on weekdays and then binge on the weekends. Now I have the skills to make good nutrition choices. I don’t feel the need to go crazy on the weekend. It has been so freeing! Val is super supportive and encouraging! I am a 52 year old woman with 3, almost grown, children. After spending years in the gym not really knowing what to do to achieve my goals, I decided that it was time for me to prioritize me! I have always loved being active and working out and it's important to me to make sure my body is strong and healthy as I age. When it came to the gym I always struggled knowing what to do. Over the last 10 years I have worked with a few online trainers and online apps, but I wasn't making any progress towards my goals. I had been following Val for a few years and began to understand the importance of personalized program design in order to achieve your goals (nutrition and workout program needs to be specific to meet your goals ). This is what Val has extensive knowledge and training in. We started working together 11 months ago and I have made more progress in those 11 months than the past 10 years.
